Shame is sneaky and it can cause destruction within ourselves.

You may not fully believe that you’re lovable, but you want to get there one day. There are many forces (including societal and intergenerational) that keep us from connecting with our inner selves and the world around us. I’m passionate about equipping folks with the tools to navigate traumas (such as individual lived experiences, intergenerational trauma, and racial trauma), shame, grief, and healing. I can support you to embrace self-love & confidence by encouraging connection with your authentic self. We will work on skills and tools you can use to reach your personal goals and connect with your values, while also exploring and processing different facets of healing and your lived experiences as they relate your human experience. Though I mix a variety of theories and approaches to match the individual, I tend to incorporate ACT, DBT, TF-CBT, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Critical Race Theory, Humanistic and Feminist Theories, Existential Theory, Analytical and Spiritual Psychologies, and Attachment-based Theory. I tend to incorporate a somatic and holistic lens, highlighting and focusing on the Central Nervous System and regulation. I am also a 200YTT Yoga Instructor. I offer Yoga Therapy both individually and in groups. You can also find me leading trauma-informed yoga sessions at different studios throughout Denver.
